1. To edit a checklist, click on its name in the overview.
2. Hover the mouse pointer over More choices and click Edit the checklist form.
It is not possible to edit questions that have been answered, but it is possible to add new questions to the checklist. Answered questions are marked with a lock icon.
Info: In order to edit questions that have been answered, you must create a new version of the checklist.
New version
1. To create a new version of a checklist, hover the mouse pointer over More choices and click Create new version.
2. To edit the new version, hover the mouse pointer over More choices and click Edit the checklist form (Version 2).
3. Edit the checklist and click Save and close form.
New checklist answers are created on the active version of the checklist. For answers to be created on the new version of the checklist, it must be set as the active version.
Info: It is not possible to delete a checklist that has answers. If a checklist is no longer to be used, it can be deactivated to prevent new answers from being created on it.
