The last workflow status before approval is ‘Executed’, but the job has not yet moved into history. When status has been set to executed, this also sets the executed date (technically executed) and the light bulb status shows a blue light bulb on the work order list. When this status has been set, the button for ‘Approve’ is displayed. In the approving screen, 'WO Executed' is displayed at the top left of the approval screen, and that is the date the job was set to 'Executed' status.
