List view showing articles that are planned against work orders with various sort, filter and search options, as well as the option to export to Excel.
All (red, yellow or green): Provides the option to filter by the following:
Red light bulb: Stock is less than the defined minimum stock.
Yellow light bulb: Stock is equal to the defined minimum stock.
Green light bulb: Stock is greater than the defined minimum stock.
Picked: If this is activated, you will only get a list of parts that have been taken from stock. If this is not activated, a list of parts that have not been picked from stock is obtained.
Comments: If this is activated, the comments field that is available in edit mode on the work order/article on the work order, will be displayed.
Separate columns for number in order, what has been picked (taken out of the inventory) and status of purchase orders. Hold the mouse key over the status for more information.
Search field for free text: Includes options such as search for article number/designation and supplier’s article number/designation.
Asset search field: Search for asset number and asset name. Generates a list of articles that are connected to work orders against selected assets, including all subordinate levels.
Users with the required authorisation can also perform storage transactions from this list. Articles that are set to inactive are indicated by a padlock, and are locked for stock transactions.
Note: This list has a separate select function which allows you to select lines here (which have the same supplier), click save, and this gives you direct access to create a purchase order/need (if you have the required authorisation) via this button.
You can also check off here for the equipment’s serial number. The serial number is included in the order line as information.
If a purchase order is created via this page, the work orders (in the article line) will also include information about the status of the order.
