From this view, you can (with the required authorisation) perform withdrawal, deposit and move transactions on multiple articles in “a single operation”.

Add new inventory order and select desired transaction type:

  • Deposit

  • Withdrawal

  • Move

Within a specific inventory order, you can have one or more transaction types.

Date: The transaction date

Remark: Insert a clarifying remark.

Storage: Select desired inventory for the transaction.

From and to inventory can be changed on the planned transactions directly in the inventory order. When an inventory is changed, the default location of the selected inventory is suggested.

Cost Carriers: Select desired cost carriers. These are inserted in the transactions. Carriers can be edited specifically in the inventory order lines.

Select articles, number, insert any comments and ‘Carry out transaction’. Note: When selecting items on a stock order of the type 'Move', it is possible to tick [No. = In Stock]. This will retrieve selected items and set the number to the current inventory for each item. NB! Only items with inventory> 0 will be retrieved from the stock order.

Move: Stock = 0 → Delete Inventory directory: If this is activated, the inventory directory is deleted after moving if the stock is 0. Inventory and location of articles connected to work orders will also be updated on articles that have not already been picked from the inventory.

Delete [Rows]: All rows are deleted without removing the order.

Delete [Order]: The order including lines is deleted.

Carry out transaction: Execution of the inventory order must be confirmed in a separate notification dialogue.

Printout of the inventory order can be accessed via the PDF button.
