EG POS 4.0.0.12101 includes all features and improvements in 3.0.0.12101, plus the changes documented below.

The version requirements are also the same as for 3.0.0.12101.

Social control

 Social control functionality was implemented in the new POS user interface. The dialog to perform social control can be configured to contain different options when triggered manually/automatically.

The automatic dialog for social control can be configured to trigger based on subtotal amount and selected item groups.


POS Configuration

AutomaticSocialControlAmount

Trigger automatically when subtotal is between configured values.

Example value: 1000,2000

If subtotal is between 1000 and 2000, the automatic dialog is triggered.

AutomaticSocialControlItemgroups

List of item group numbers.

Social control should trigger automatically when receipt contains 1 or more items in configured item groups.

AutomaticSocialControlIds

Configures a list of IDs from existing parameter SocialControlconfig. Only these will be shown when the dialog is triggered automatically.

If social control is triggered manually by the cashier all options specified in SocialControlconfig parameter are visible. 

SocialControlConfig

Configures a list of reason codes for social control. This parameter also needs to be specified for automatic social control to work.

Discount dialogs for line discount, subtotal discount and bundle discount have been improved. The functionality is the same as before.






Visibility of gross earnings is configured by existing parameter "ShowGrossEarnings".

Klarna

Refund versus Klarna (Work ID: 190528)

A bug has been fixed so Klarna orders can be properly refunded in the new POS user interface.

Order

Service order in new user interface (Work ID: 190413)

Support for registering services orders has been implemented in the new POS user interface. The functionality is the same as in POS 3.0.

Improvements for on-screen keyboard (Work ID: 173904)

Improvements for the on-screen keyboard have been implemented.


Receipts with multiple cashiers (Work ID: 182955)

The sales grid in the new POS user interface shows which cashiers added which sales lines to the receipt.


Show message after voiding receipt (Work ID: 189523)

When you cancel a receipt, you can see a message that the previous receipt was deleted.


Corrections in translations and styles (Work ID: 190433)

Small corrections in translations and style have been implemented.


View used coupons in POS (Work ID: 192327)

Coupon button in loyalty header is only visible in the sales view and not in tender view. (When parameter ShowCouponButtonInLoyaltyHeader is enabled)
