New handling has been created for both subject and message text for sending a digital gift receipt. The handling is done by two new parameters 'DigitalGiftReceiptMailSubject' and 'DigitalGiftReceiptMailBody'. Previous subject and body for all digital receipts was handled by parameters existing parameters 'DigitalReceiptMailSubject' and 'DigitalReceiptMailBody'. So now it's possible to differentiate mail subject and message body when sending a gift receipt from when sending a traditional digital receipt.
