Lock [Measures PMI]: If this is activated, you cannot create a new measure ‘Requires action' on a checkpoint if an active measure 'Requires action’ is already there on the checkpoint. . The prerequisite for this to work is that the checkpoint is not set to 'Completed' when the point is set/activated with 'Requires Action'. This functionality will also not work if the round is set up with 'Generate not completed [ Checkpoints]'.
