Recalculate Member Segment when Campaign is Active (RTL-5699)

It is possible to recalculate the member segment in an event-driven campaign when the campaign is in 'Active' mode. The Recalculate button is not disabled when the campaign is 'Active'.

Duplicate new member first sale coupon (RTL-5678)

AutomatedCampaignJob handles duplicate coupons created by MemberEventHandler or AutomatedCampaign job for Event-Driven Campaigns with target group New Members and 'Make offer available as soon as possible including first purchase' checked. An older duplicate coupon is removed the next time an Automated Campaign job run for that campaign.
