Manually change the status of the message. Note that if the work order, history or deviation is created from the message, the message status changes automatically.
- Change an internal message to a purchase order requisition.
- Change the reading status of the message, as well as mark the message with a flag for follow-up.
- Priority - Change the priority of the message.
- Reply - Re: appears on the message.
- Forward - if you want another person to look at the message or make a decision on it. (FW: appears on the message)
- +IO - if the message is of the purchase requisition type, this is available, and the recipient can directly create a purchase order here.
Work order - create a new planned work order based on the message.
History - create a job directly in the history, based on the message.
Deviation - create a deviation (deviation message) based on the message. (The deviation function must be activated in order to see this button).
Link to WO - link the message to a work order that has already been created.
