Create cart even when member does not exist in Voyado
When method NewCartWithItems 'CreateCartWithItems' is called with a member that is unknown and the integration versus Voyado is in usedoers not exist in Voyado, the cart will still be created and the member will be added in the cart. This ensures that the member will receive member prices. Previously the cart creation failedwe would get an exception in POS API and 'CreateCartwithItems' would fail if the member did not exist in Voyado.
