Regarding refunds: Currently, Svea does not support "idempotency key". This means that we have no idea will not know if the refund was processed successfully at Svea in case the request times out/fails. The danger here is that there will be cases where the refund was, in fact, not processed correctly and we won't find out about it until a customer comes back to us with feedback.
