If pay terminal is not ready when user signs on (manually or automatically) an error message saying pay terminal is not ready is presented. An action from user / staff is then required to fix any problems with the terminal, in order for it to work with EG POS. | |||||||

Retain24 | Showing unrounded amount as suggested for Retain24 gift card payment ( RTP-23711) When paying with gift card type "Retain24" the suggested amount in payment view, with which the gift card will be charged, is now shown unrounded. This will make it less likely that a small amount will remain to be paid afterwards. Previously, a POS where Cash tender is disabled could make it more tricky for cashier to finish the receipt with the small remaining amount, since Cash button is was not available. | |||||||
Voyado integration | Support for changing the order of member identifiers for member search (RTP-24730) In regards to searches for members from different loyalty solutions through PosCustomerService, it is be possible to change the order of the search identifiers. This is done by configuring the order of the identifiers in tenant admin for PosCustomerService. No changes are needed in POS configConfig.
