Capacity objects represent work desks, rooms or spaces in the workplace. You might need to edit, delete or move capacity objects in a floor plan if there are any changes.
Capacity objects are used in Optimaze Worksense in the following features:

You must have Space managementrole in Optimaze Portal.
Log in to Optimaze Portal
Go to Optimaze Space
Select a floor plan
Click ‘Layers’ -tab and select ‘Capacity objects’. All capacity objects already added to the floor plan will become visible.
Click ‘Edit' -tab and select ‘Capacity Objects…’ on the top navigation bar.
If you want to edit a capacity object’s information, select a capacity object from the floor plan. You can edit the capacity object’s:
capacity object type and subtype
capacity
usable capacity
email address
After you have made the changes, remember to click the ‘Update selected capacity object'.
You can edit multiple capacity objects at the same time by selecting them all.
If you want to delete capacity object/s, select the capacity object/s and click ‘Delete selected capacity object'.
You have to choose to either end a capacity object or delete it.
Ending a capacity object will keep its history in the floor plan
Deleting a capacity object will delete all of its history in the floor plan
Notice. Deleting capacity objects will also delete any sensors attached to the objects.
