This article describes how you can add organizations to a lean floor plan in Optimaze Space.
Instructions
You must have Space management role in Optimaze Portal.
First, you need to create an organization hierarchy in Optimaze Moment.
Go to Optimaze Space and select a lean floor plan
Click ‘Edit’ button and select ‘Capacity objects…’
Select the capacity objects by clicking the objects in the lean floor plan or by using the ‘Select’ tool from the ribbon
Search the organization from Organization level 6 and click ‘Update selected capacity objects’
To see which objects have been already added an organization, select Organization level 6 from ‘Capacity object coloring’ in the ribbon
the organization level 6 will show in the legend
