Non-conformances can have different statuses based on the point reached statuses depending on where in the process when processing the non-conformance:processing they are.
Non-conformances for which processing has not yet started can have the status status New.
Non-conformances that are in progress can have the status status In progress.
When the Nonnon-conformance has been processed, the processor of the nonconformity can change the status to To closing so that the person responsible knows that the Nonnon-conformance has been fully processed and can be closed.
The person responsible reviews the root cause analysis and the corrective measures implemented, and changes the status to to Closed if the measures are satisfactory.

There are two options for registering economic consequence. For individual records, the text and amount fields can be completed directly on the non-conformance form. If there are several economic consequences linked to the non-conformance, it is possible to create additional financial records under the Economic consequence tab. It is also possible to edit existing financial records linked to the non-conformance by opening this pagethat tab.
