This page shows an example of a gadget for the nonconformity non-conformance module.

1. Click Add gadget to open gadget editing.

Tip: If you want to filter on information where filtering fields are not available when editing the gadget, use the gadget Overview of non-conformances and add data filters at the bottom of the page.

2. Edit the gadget and click Save. You can change elements such as the name and display settings, as well as filtering what should be displayed in the gadget on the dashboard.

It is possible to select which fields from the records are to be displayed on the dashboard.

1. To add a field, click Select a field that you wish to view from the list to open the drop-down list. Click the field and select Add. To remove a field, click Image Removed Image Added.

2. It is also possible to change the order of the fields in the gadget. Hover the mouse over the arrow symbol on the left, left-click, hold down the mouse key and drag it to where it should be.

Filtering information

It is possible to select which nonconformities non-conformances are to be displayed in the gadget by filtering on types, categories, focuses, causes and statuses. It is also possible to filter on departments and locations.

All/Mine filters

It is possible to select whether the gadget shows all non-conformances by default, or non-conformances defined as "mine". To select which non-conformances are defined as Mine, check Yes or No for the options under Show non-conformances where I am....
