With EG Inventory, it is easy to find sensors that are not working correctly. This can happen because of an incorrect sensor ID or because the device battery is empty, for example.

Checking status of devices

1. Navigate to the floor you are interested in.
2. Tap the floor name heading at the top of the floor plan view.
3. The list of all sensors in the floor will show the status of each sensor device. The sensors that need attention are listed first.

Image Modified Pending – the sensor has not yet sent any data to the service

Image Modified Offline – the sensor has not sent data within the last 24 hours

Image Modified Online – the sensor has sent data within the last 24 hours

1. To see the sensor's location on the floor, tap the list item you are interested in.
