1. Competence requirements are defined for employees in the employee module.Select the employee in the Options column , and click Select in the Enter competence requirements field and select field.

The competence types that are defined for the requirement are created as planned competences for the employee. The competences are created in the competence module, and each employee's competences can be accessed under the competence tab on the employee. Planned competences that are created by setting a requirement have no dates. Edit the competence to mark it as valid and set enter a From date when a decision has been made on when there must be compliance with the competence types.and To date if applicable. If the competence is planned, a planned From date can be entered in the From Date field.
