Nonconformities can be created directly from a box in the flowchart. This links When creating a nonconformity from the box, the nonconformity is linked to the box from which it was created.
1. To be able to create a nonconformity linked with the box, click edit box and check Allow non-conformance creation of nonconformity.
2. Create a nonconformity in the box by hovering the mouse over 
and the box and clicking the nonconformity icon.
3. Click Register Register new nonconformity.

Note: It is not possible to link an existing nonconformity to a box in the flowchart. A nonconformity that is to be linked with the flowchart must therefore be created from the process module. |
Risk
It is possible to link joint existing risk events to boxes in the flowchart and to create local risk events for boxes in the flowchartthem.
1. Hover Edit the flowchart and hover the mouse over and the box and click the risk icon.
2. Select To link to an existing risk event in the Select field and click , choose the event in the Link to event, or click Create new field. To create a new event, click New event.

It is possible to link documents from the document library to boxes in the flowchart.
1. Hover the mouse over 
and click edit box. To link to documents, click the Select documents fieldClick Choose documents.
2. Select documents to link to in the Options column , then click and click Done.

3. If you do not want to view the document's name in the box in the flowchart, uncheck the Show description box and opt to Hide the documentcheck the Hidden box.
Person
Displays the employee name and phone number in the box. To add a person, edit the box and select the person field under External content.
Reports
Link to reports from the old report module. To add a report, edit the box and select the report employee in the Person field under External content.
View risk events, nonconformities and documents
When navigating the flowchart, you can view linked nonconformities, risk events and documents by moving the mouse over the box and clicking the icons in the field above the box.
