Configuration for Voyado integration (RTC-45704)

On system parameters page there is 'Would you like to use Voyado Integration?' option, that is set to 'No' by default.
Parameter can be set to 'One Voyado Instance'. It will be used if the same Voyado instance will be used for promotions on different store group levels.
Parameter can be also set to 'Multiple Voyado Instances'. If multiple Voyado instances are in use, then it is needed to set up which Instance number should be used for Promotions on specific profiles. There can be up to 4 instances configured and they relate to 'routes' set in VoyadoGateway2 service. If profile is selected for more than one instance, validation error appears.

These settings are not yet used and Voyado integration still works on existing Tenant Admin setup.
