titleFjernvarme District Heating Horsens 31-10-2024
  • PROPERTY OWNER: as part of My location
  • MOVE:
    • As part of move, register how you want to receive your invoices, (also how you want to pay them?).
    • Section about who lives there is also relevant for district heating.
      • How many adults, teens, children
      • Source of heating
      • Age of the house/building
      • BBR - size of home
      • Good to trigger move in, after a move out.
      • This information can be used for:
        • Comparisson of your consumption with comparable home
        • When customers call and say that they moved in and request to have lower expected consumption than the previous customer. Having information about who moves in can help determine, whether the request is plausible or not.
  • RETRUN AND FORWARD TEMPERATURE:
    • Relevant to show in the graph and also receive notification when the tresholds exceed.
    • Horsens has motivationstarif (motivating the consumers to retrun cold water), they do also have "ponishment" approach, if you don't keep your return water a threshold, you will pay more.
    • SUPER INPUT: Show how much you can save by returning lower temperature.
  •  INVOICES AND PAYMENTS
    • Show "saldo på åbenstående poster" = Consumers pay smaller amounts during the year, in order to avoid large payment at the end of the year. So somehow we should show balance related to the payments done by the consumer. Do they mean aconto payments?
    • Deposit - also this is relevant for district heating in similar way as with electricity. It is required, if the company had to cut the supply due to the customer not paying.
    • "Balance" could show how much they have saved by staying under the return water threshold.
  • CONSUMPTION INSIGHTS / COSTS
    • besides the forward/return temp. and degree days it is relevant to show information about how much, based on the expected consumption, the consumer will pay at the end of the year. For the running year.
  • NOTIFICATIONS
    • If we see that energy ( ? ) consumption has changed slightly, the company could notify the consumer and inform that the consumer can contact the company to reduce the expected usage of heating and cost?? This is not totally clear.
