Improvement of refund (RTP-18479)

Now refunding after campaign discount is added between order is completed and a refund, works correctly. 
Additional value from ongoing campaign discount is not added to a calculation for a refund. 


Voided lines do not count against max receipt lines (RTP-15386)

Voided lines in a receipt do not count against the configured maximum number of lines in a receipt. This makes it possible to add more items in the same receipt in some cases.
