Registration addresses for internal messages (that are sent either via registrations or internal messages) and for deviation messages.
Registration addresses can be created as follows. :
A specific standard registration address can be specified when sending messages either by setting/checking the box for default (Std) here, or selecting a registration address in the users profile settings 16.2.0 User profiles. Note that: The address in the profile setting of the user will override the registration address marked with 'Std'.
Note: In connection with Deviationsdeviations, if ‘Deviation management’ is checkedthe box for 'Deviation processing' is ticked, this registration address will only be available to report for notification of deviations. Unless the The recipient selected does not have an ‘Administrator’ role, this who is selected will automatically be set for this employeeto the deviation role 'Administrator (A)' on the employee card.
