A product can consist of a number of components, such as the Wholemeal bread product, which consists of several ingredients. Components multiple components. The components are registered as products and added linked to the products they are part of. The components linked to a product as components. The Components tab lists all components that make up the product and that have been added to the product.
Categories can be used in the product register to distinguish and sort the various product categories. The components have category Ingredients and Wholemeal bread has category Products. The ingredients make up the sales product Wholemeal bread.

Add components
1. Create the components by registering a new productproducts.

2. Go to the the Components tab and click Add new component to link a new component to the product.
