The risk module can be used to analyse risks and opportunities for events. The analysis of risks and opportunities can be conducted on the same event, but it can also be done separately.

1. Go to the risk module and select the assessment where you want to create an event. Click New event.
2. Fill in information about the event, select the probability of the event occurring, and choose the consequences and opportunities associated with the event if it occurs. Click Save when you're done.
