You must have an Administrator role in EG Worksense to sync building floors.

You can manually sync building floors in EG Worksense if some of the space data e.g. space name does not become visible in EG Worksense.

  1. Log in to EG Worksense on your web browser

  2. Go to Administration and click Buildings

  3. Select a buildingClick the building in the list
  4. Click Sync building floors
