Cloud Relay

Member service on prem can be configured for connection from cloud components as Mobile and account services. The configuration of the relay functionality is made in themember service web.config and is described in the Bridge/member service installation manual.
Bonus points with decimals

New method GetMemberBalanceDecimals in Member service to return decimals in member bonus points balance. The method can only be used when bonus balance is fetched from Reporting services (default). Configured in web.config
