Self service | Inactivity timer "freezes" when StoreCentral database is unreachable (RTP-12428) If configured a timer counting down 10 seconds due to customer's inactivity the timer dialogue could "freeze" when receipt should be put on hold, if StoreCentral database was unreachable. This is now fixed. Related existing parameter: ShopAndGoCheckoutIdleTimeout. |
