There are two methods for reporting emissions linked to energy use: operational control (based on who uses the energy) and financial control (based on who pays). ESRS requires operational control reporting. In Mestro, meters can be tagged as property energy or tenant energy under meter settings — this lets you filter emissions by category in the reports.
