Workstations and spaces have six types of status:
- Unoccupied: The seatworkstation, room or parking spot is currently available for use.
- Recently occupied: The seatworkstation, room or parking spot has recently been occupied. Adjust the duration of recently occupied occupied here.
- Occupied: The seatworkstation, room or parking spot is currently in use.
- No occupancy information: There is no sensor attached to the seatworkstation, room or parking spot, or the sensor is not working properly. If you think the sensor is not working, please contact contact Optimaze Helpdesk.
- Out of use: The seat workstation or room is not in usebeen taken out of use and cannot be booked.
- Booked: The seat workstation or room is booked for the day and not available.
