Improve SQL timeout Issues with exporting members and member lists (RTL-7727)

When member segment includes members with invalid email addresses then after export to Apsis these members are marked as deleted in [Segmentation].[MemberProfileInSegment] table in database.

Update in active campaign "Available in" to all stores remove all store groups (RTL-7689)

After update availability of event-driven campaign with "Active" status from selected stores to all stores, changes are saved properly into database and it is possible then to fetch coupons from the campaign.

Update Campaign Availability (RTL-7729)

The event-driven campaign availability is updated and saved correctly in both the campaign user interface and database.

Max digest iterations reached (RTL-7765)

The "digest iteration reached" message no longer pops up while entering event-driven campaign details.

Stop in member import (RTL-7557)

There is no more pilling up unprocessed batches, when there occurs a timeout MemberIdentityMerger job finished with Faulted status and empty batch has proper 0 - unprocessed status.

Tag is not cleared when tag source is changed (RTL-7711)

Editing Member Tag source group update correctly the initial segment and target group.
That means, when changing the member tag source from segmentation to the member list, segments connected to the tag are cleared and the tag contains members from the imported file only.

Add retry to MemberTagJob (RTL-7681)

MemberTagJob timeout was increased to 15 minutes and a retry mechanism was implemented. Even if member tags synchronization fails due to timeout, it will be retired and the job display a message with details on how many tags were successfully synchronized, how many failed, and which one failed.

Members get tagged with tags that belong to different loyalty programs (RTL-7694)

Duplicated tags not occur, even if for some reason duplicates appear then jobs work properly and executed with completed status.
