Auto-approve: The checklist will automatically be approved over midnight on a fixed time, after the date set in the field ‘To Date’ field. This approval process is triggered by a service set up by us. The list view of checklists indicates that this function has been turned on, with the letter [A]. Note: For checklists set up with this functionality, it will not be possible to approve the checklists manually. Also note: A weekly checklist that is set up with 'Auto-approve' must be set up with a 'To date' no later than on a Saturday. This means that if there are checkpoints on a weekly checklist to be performed on Sundays, the checklist must not
set up with 'Auto-approve'. In this case, the checklist must be approved manually after these checkpoints have been set completed on Sunday.
No.: No.: Checklist head number, freely defined.

Checkpoints labeled with QR code: Means that the QR code has to be scanned in order for the checkpoints to be marked as ‘Executed’. Note: If you want to test this function, you must log on as an ordinary user, i.e. not as an administrator.
Generate not completed [ Checkpoints]: Unperformed checkpoints can be generated on the checklist by activating this function. The checkpoint will then have a new due status regardless of whether it has been done or not. These checkpoints will then end up in the list of ‘Not completed [Checkpoints]’ re. 5.5.0 Not completed [Checkpoints], as well as that you get a full overview in the ‘Checkpoints [Week]’ re. 5.6.0 Checkpoints [Week].
In the checklist view, this feature is indicated by this sign:Auto-approve: The checklist will automatically be approved at midnight after the date that was entered in the To Date field, i.e. the first person who logs on after midnight will trigger this approval process. The list view of checklists indicates that this function has been turned on, with the letter [A]. Note: For checklists set up with this functionality, it will not be possible to complete the checklists manually.
Check All: This provides the option of marking off all the checkpoints in a checklist as executed, in a single operation.

From/to date: The light bulb changes from green to yellow on From Date and from yellow to red the day after To Date.
Note: The system will automatically adjust 'To date' on checklists that have been set up with automatic completion notification so that these are completed at the correct time. If the difference between From and To date is equal to or exceeds the frequency, To date is adjusted automatically (To date = From date + Frequency -1).
Frequency: Number of days between each time the checklist must be completed.
