The competence types that are defined for the requirement are created as planned competences for the employee. The competences are created in the competence module, and each employee's competences can be accessed . The competence registrations are available in the competence module but can also be accessed in the employee module under the competence tab on the for each employee. Planned competences that are created by setting a requirement have no dates. Edit the a competenceto mark it as valid and set enter a 'From date when a decision has been made on when there must be compliance with the competence types.and To date' if applicable. If the competence is planned, a planned 'From date' can be entered in the 'From Date' field.
