1. Go to the auditing and meeting note protocol module and click Create new.

2. Select the type for the auditing and meeting note protocol by clicking on it.

3. Enter names a name and fill in any other information in the fields and click Save.

4. Add participants and documents and edit access and any other data for the auditing and meeting note. Click Save and close form to access the auditing and meeting note's list.

5. Click Register new case to register a case for the auditing and meeting note.

6. Enter information in the fields and click Save. To create a new case and move on, click New case.

7. Clicking New case allows you to create a new case in the auditing and meeting note. All the cases in the auditing and meeting note can be viewed in the list on the left of the page. If a case is responded to and completed during the meeting, the case can be closed by checking Case is closed. To continue and create new cases, click New case.

4. If applicable, add participants and documents and click Save. To view the protocol overview or create a case, click Save and close form.

Tip: If the protocol requires strict access control, tick the 'Specific' box in the Access field and select who should have access.


5. To create a new case, click Create new case.

6. Complete the fields for the case and click Save. To save and create a new case, click New case.

7. Once the information for a protocol case has been entered, you can continue registering additional cases by clicking New Case and filling in the relevant details for each one.

8. If a case has been answered and completed during the meeting, you can close it by ticking Case closed. To continue and a create new case, click New case.

Tip: It is possible to select actions for the various responses to the questions and to create and link to records in other modules for the cases.

9. You can close the protocol once all cases are closed. To do so, click Close [protocol name].

The colours in the overview reflect the status of case deadlines within each protocol. Protocols marked in red contain cases where the closing deadline has been exceeded. Yellow indicates protocols with cases that have a planned

closing date, but where the deadline has not yet passed. Green protocols contain only cases that have been closed, while white protocols contain cases with no closing deadline.

Image Added in the future are yellow in the list. Auditing and meeting notes with cases where all cases are closed are green in the list. Auditing and meeting notes with cases with no planned closure date are white in the list.
