Step by step guide on how to add building blocks to space management floor pans.
Instructions
You must have Space management role in Optimaze Portal.
Log in to Optimaze Portal
First, go to Optimaze Moment to create the building block names
Select ‘Management’ and ‘Object management’ ‘Management’ and ‘Object management’ in the left hand panel
Then, select ‘Real Estate hierarchy’ Open the in the 'Select hierarchy drop ' drop down menu and select ‘Real Estate hierarchy’
Select the chosen corporate group and building where you want to add the building blocks from in the hierarchy on the left
To add building blocks, click ‘Add Building block’ Click ‘Add Building block’ plus sign at the bottom and add appropriate code, name and other details
Press ‘Save’ ‘Save’ to finish
Last, go to Optimaze Space to add the building blocks to your floor plan
Click ‘Edit’ ‘Edit’ in the toolbar, select ‘Space data’ ‘Space data’ and choose ‘Building ‘Building block'
Select the correct areas from the floor plan
Use Select the building block names saved name (edited in Moment) accordingly
Press ‘Save’ ‘Save’ to finish
