Update fix for Solid bike insurance integration in POS (RTP-14831)

There are done some updates on the Solid bike insurance in POS.  When filling out of customer information, mail address and phone number is now mandatory.  There is also done a fix so that the input marker is shown when entering the city field. Before fix the marker was not shown. 

 Improvements for Klarna Checkout (RTP-13638)

• Extended logging when parameter KlarnaLogDetails is set to True.

• All requests/responses are logged in

• POS WCF logfile.

• UpdateKlarnaPayment should now accept repeated updates when total order amount is zero.

• UpdateKlarnaPayment, CaptureKlarnaPayment and RefundKlarnaPayment has better error handling and will retry twice on timeout.

• A bug reported by Klarna was fixed where we incorrectly used Checkout instead of order management when fetching order.
