Calendar not found message in Production Models (9121)
While processing a record in Production model , an error message as "Calendar not found" could appear. This has now been resolved

Reversal of postings from invoice receipts in application Print Receipts Journal(7260).

The posting types IZ, IW, JZ and JW have now the right sign in the case of reversal. 

9264 Calculate packaging consumption of sales items

In the rare case where a production model used for calculation included capacity resources in status < 20 the program would crash. This has now been corrected.

Dump in Item Search(9300)

In some rare cases the application made a dump in the client after returning from a call to another shortcut application.

Quotation cannot be closed if production model has status 90

When a sales order is connected to a production model which is closed and therefore has status 90, it was not possible to complete the order lines as the application was throwing an error. This has now been fixed. With this change, we can complete the order lines which are linked to a production model with status 90. 

Change of key field in a list in a cockpit throwed an error

When a key field in a list in a cockpit is open for editing, it showed an error after pressing Enter to a change. Besides that support for refreshing the list after changes is added.

New field definition created wrongly

If a jobticket was printed on line level on a production order and then return to the header level, where we create a new order a new field definition was wrongly created for the TRPLREG file. 

Missing field help for Product Structure (9224)

Field help was missing for the fields in application Document Product Structure Item(9224). We added field help and updated help document for the application.

Possible options did not reflect the order status for production order lines in a cockpit

Possible options for an production order line is dependent on the status for the order. But when putting production order lines in a cockpit the possible options did not shift when clicking on another production order in the master for lines. 

Voucher type on Logistics financial posting is not transferred to ASPECT4 Finance.

It has been identified that voucher type which was added to the pseudo account of charts is not transferred to ASPECT4 Finance on financial postings. It is transferred on debtor and creditor postings. The transfer program has now been changed so that the voucher type is now transferred.

Wrong sign on financial posting

When DI-postings are made the field amount in currency is calculated, which implies it will inherit the value from the previous posting made. In some cases this means that there are different signs for amount in system currency and in currency and then the journal cannot be imported automatically in ASPECT4 Finance but will stop in the interface.

Inconsistent databasemodule for POPLTBL

The reference from POPLTBL to databasemodule in the ZDB systemparameter is inconsistent. In some environments the reference is to DBPOPL002 but it should instead be DBPOPL012. This has now been resolved so that the reference is correct.

Validation of Consignment number field in application 9151.

If system parameter Module-1 Production Management Parameters(STYKLIST) has the value = 1 in Consignment specification, then validation of the consignment number will no longer be performed.

Entered minutes in IPE applications not updated correctly

When minutes was entered in applications made by the IPE framework the minutes was not updated as centi hours. This made a difference when the minutes was displayed afterwards.

LCKWAIT Print jobticket (8254)

In the application for print jobticket (8254), a lock wait issue could occur due to end of condition issues. This issue has now been resolved.

Application Control Identities(9060) executed in opposite sequense

If a Application Control Identity consists of more lines, the lines were executed in the opposite sequense. 

Pick into packets from picking app does not work

When entering packet number at the time of picking from despatch journals the package information is not updated correct. Only the packet number is updated, not the packaging date and timestamp. This has now been resolved.

Deleted record appear again after refresh in appl. Invoice match(7769)

If option delete is used on a voucher (706H) then the voucher is not deleted and shows up again after the user has pressed F5.

This was caused by a change in the application where performance was improved by use of a view instead of a logical file. The application has now been changed so that it is again possible to delete a voucher.

Picking app is abending when lines are opened

The picking app is abending when line level is opened. This was caused by a wrong attribute for a button field in the user space for the field definition for the line level. The program which updates the user space has now been changed so that the attribute in error will in the future be set to space.

Invoice receipt against wrong order number

When a scanned invoice from a supplier is received and validated this could be done against a wrong purchase order. The scenario is that if the purchase order has more sequence orders with different suppliers then the validation was always done against the order with sequence number 0. This has now been changed so that the validation loops through the orders with the same number and then also validates against the supplier.

Update receipts journal is abending in the ZVALUOMR program

If exchange rates from the systemparameter Currency Rates - "Customs Rates of Exchange"(VALUTAEF) is used for financial postings, the program ZVALUOMR could periodically end in error, leaving a receipts journal partly updated. This has now been resolved.

Error in EAN appl EAN Numbers(9109)

When manually creating an EAN number in application 9109 for the first time (By opening the application), the system skips an EAN item number and create an EAN number with next number. It will generate EAN number in proper order once we try to create for the second time and onwards. This issue occurs only when we close and open the application. This has now been corrected

Use of SQL in Configuration Models could fail

Sometimes the use of SQL in Configuration Models failed. It happened when the SQL statement became longer than 100 characters. Now longer statements are supported.

Invoice receipt does not read correct order

After a previous change the purchase order was not read correct when a scanned invoice should be matched against the order. This has now been resolved.

Vat specification on Invoices.

The XML-data for DocManager and electronic invoicing did not contain the correct description for the used VAT-code. This has now been corrected.

Not able to maintain data in System parameter FRAGTLEVMD.

This has now been corrected.

Creating serviceorders appl. 8201.

Some times the application loop'ed, if there where an  error. This is now resolved. 

Application Update Finance(9283).

An unnecessary record-lock has been removed.

Un-locking Intercompany purchase orders.

In some very rare cases an Intercompany purchase order would not be unlocking resulting in a lock wait situation

Automatic insertion of prefixed zeros for debtor number in 6104 does not work

If paymentcustomer is manually entered in sales order application, then preceding 0's are not automatically added if the length of the number is shorter than what is used for customers. This has now been changed so that 0's are now added for paymentcustomer.

Picking app selects no lines

If no settings have been saved in the picking app, it selects no lines for picking and the app times out.

The app allows for picking of despatch journals for sales and for production. If none of these will be included via bad specification via settings, it has now been changed so that picking journals for sales will now be checked as candidates.

An issue with searching for field control idents in different languages has been resolved

Sometimes text views gave wrong results

We have he following standard text views for different kind of supplementary texts: TEXT03VIEW, TEXT04VIEW, ORDT03VIW, ORDT04VIW, PRMT03VIW, PRMT04VIW, PROT03VIW, PROT04VIW.

They aggregate the supplementary text lines to one long text. xxxx03VIW's do it without text types and xxxx04VIW's is by text type.

But under some circumstances the text did not come in the correct order and also sometimes an extra space were added in the middle of text.

The views have now been corrected. 

Manually added lines on production orders

Manually added lines on production orders could cause programs that print production papers to crash due to reference to not existing supplementary texts. This has now been resolved.

 9272 is abending for tables without group/company

If a file is processed via supplementary actions, the serverapplication for processing supplementary actions (9272) is abending because of a non-numeric value for group/company fields.

The application has now been changed so that the data in this situation will be processed in the company where the serverapplication is running.

Avoid creating service orders for agreements in status 80

When creating transactions for  service production orders (8202), the run by mistake allows for orders for service agreements in status 80. This has now been changed so that service agreements in status 80 are excluded.
