Changes in switching to Convenience Sales

It is possible to switch between regular sales and convenience sales with "Go to regular sales" and "Go to convenience sales" buttons. Using a function button to start convenience is no longer needed. Moreover, customer logos can be displayed in the same place in both modes. Cashier names can also be also shown in convenience now.
