Asset search field: Search for asset number and asset name. Generates a list of articles that are connected to the selected asset, including all subordinate levels. Special filtering for searches performed in the selected structure only. 


Image Added: Export to grid solution that allows advanced filtering, searching , sorting option in all columns. The column order can be changed with drag&drop of the columns. Own column selector where you can deselect columns in the view using drag&drop. The list/selection can be exported to pdf or to Excel. To return to the normal list view click Image Added. 


[SP] [S] [C] [NS] [O] [S] [B]: The letter to the left of the article number indicates the article class: SP=spare part, S=service, C=component, NS=not stocked, O=other, S=serial number controlled and B=Batch controlled. For further details, see separate description.

Blocked code: Filters out all articles which have a blocked code set. The article number in the list is shown in red. Blocked codes, see separate description under ‘System’ → 'Articles'. 

ExpensedLists articles marked with 'Expensed'. Expensed articles will not be included in bundling transactions 9.9.0 Bundle [List view].


All (red,  yellow or yellow or green): Provides the option to filter by the following:

  • Green light bulb: Stock is greater than the defined minimum stock. 


Date [In stock]:  An In stock date can be set to show the stock on the date indicated. 

Create Stocktake: Stocktakes are created from this list. Filter out desired selection for stocktake, select articles, click save and click on the button ‘Create stocktake’ at the top right corner of the screen. Click directly in the created stocktake (blue font) if you would now like to open the stocktake directly via this screen. Alternatively, the stocktake(s)/counts can be accessed/executed via the menu ‘Articles’ → ‘Stocktakes’. For details, see separate description. 

Column for sum stock: This shows the stock at the warehouse catalog's standard location (the one shown in the list) with the total stock for the warehouse in parentheses if the article is stocked at several locations within the same warehouse. Note: There is a link on sum stock for the article which opens an overview of all stocks of this article in the warehouse in question.

Column for ordered: Shows the quantity (in red) on order. Hold the mouse button over the number and information regarding the purchase order is displayed.

Export to Excel: Select one or more articles for export to Excel. If none are selected, all of the articles in the selection will be exported. Note that the selection of columns to be exported is also controlled by what the user has checked off in their user profile. The Excel sheet also allows you to perform a range of update imports via the import studio.
