The Checklists tab displays checklists linked to the protocol case, as well as any linked checklist responses. You can also create new responses or link checklists from this tab. To create a response for a linked checklist, click the checklist name under "Fill out checklist". To link a checklist or create a new response for an unlinked checklist, select the checklist under "Connect or fill out checklist" and choose whether to link the checklist to the protocol case or create a new response.
