You must have an Administrator role in Optimaze EG Worksense to manage users in Optimaze EG Worksense. If you don’t have Administrator role, contact our support: support@optimazeoptimaze.support@eg.netfi.

Instructions on how to manage user rights

  1. Log in to Optimaze to EG Worksense on your web browser

  2. Find a user by ‘Search users…’

  3. Delete users by clicking ‘Delete’ in Actions

  4. Give Administratorrole by clicking ‘Make administrator’

  5. Disable anAdministrator role by clicking ‘Disable’

EG Worksense

Users with Administrator rights in Optimaze EG Worksense have access to:

  • Add and edit looby lobby screen links

  • View the list of registered users, delete users, and invite new users

  • Manage settings in under the Administration -tabpage
