The recipient can do the following: 

  • Change an internal message or an external message to a purchase order requisition (assumes that access to purchasing is set up). Gives access to '+IO' (create purchase order).
  • Manually change the status of the message. Note that if the work order,  history or history or deviation is created from the message, the message status changes automatically. Change an internal message to a purchase order requisition.
  • Change the reading status of the message, as well as mark the message with a flag for follow-up.
  • Priority - Change the priority of the message.
  • Reply - Re: appears on the message. 
  • Forward - if you want another person to look at the message or make or make a decision on decision on it. (FW: appears on the message). Note that: The person to whom the message is forwarded is set as the recipient of the original message, and you will only see the original recipient as information in a separate section in the message text itself. 
  • +IO - if the message is of the purchase requisition type, this is available, and the recipient can directly create a purchase order here.
  • Work order - create a new planned work order based on the message. 

  • History - create a job directly in the history, based on the message. 

  • Deviation - create a deviation (deviation message) based on the message. (The deviation function must be activated in order to see this button).
