Probability
1. Click on Probability set under configuration of types and value scales. To create a new probability set, click Create New. To Click 
to edit an existing one, click

2. Select the number of probability values and click Save. Assign a value number and colour to each probability value, and specify the probability of the event occurring and the frequency for the probability valuevalue. Click Save and close form when you are finished.
Consequence
1. Click Consequence set under configuration of types and value scales. To create a new consequence set, click Create New. Click to edit an existing one.

Risk
2. When creating a consequence set, it must be set for use in risk analysis, and the number of consequence values must be selected, followed by clicking Save.
