Product Management manage their ideas in the kanban board EGU PM Ideas. An idea is created as an EPIC and the 'Parent Link' is set to the Business Project 'PM Ideas' in the current Jira Project. General ideas is created in the Jira Project 'EGU Common'.
The Kanban board contains two swinlains: 'Prioritezed' and 'Anything else'.

When it is decided that an Idea is to be developed a new issue with the type Business Type is created and it is put into the EGU PM Roadmap. If the feature has to be included in more that one solution then a Business Project is created in each of these Jira Projects.
