The checklist itself can be accessed via the edit button in the checklist overview. There are a range of sort and filter options here. The list will always show remaining checkpoints. You can switch between ‘Remaining’ points and ‘Completed’ points at the top of the screen.

Requires Action: If this is checked off, a message will be sent to the person assigned to the checklist when the point is saved or marked as executed.

Comments field: Comments inserted here will accompany the message that is sent if Requires Action is checked off.

Select file: Pictures attached here will accompany the message that is sent if Requires Action is checked off.

Save (checkpoint): If a checkpoint has not been executed for some reason and you have checked off Requires Action, a message will be sent, even though the checkpoint has not been marked as complete. Use this option if a particular checkpoint was not executed this time.

Time registration: Detailed time registration on/against a specific checkpoint. Hours registered for the checkpoint will be shown on the checkpoint detail. The hours registered will also be linked to the historical job for the checklist which is created when the checklist has been approved.

Completed: When a checkpoint has been executed, it is marked as complete via this button, it disappears from the list and is marked in blue. If you have set the wrong checkpoint to complete by mistake, you can switch view to completed checkpoints and return it to remaining with this dedicated button '<<'.

Save (checklist): Click save before you go out of the checklist.

Approve: So that this version of the checklist can move into history and a new checklist can be generated, it is important to approve the checklist when all the checkpoints that were included have been marked as complete.

Note: A checklist can be set up to have automatic approval (after To Date). With this in mind, you can also remove the approval button for users via access management. Remember that if the approval button is removed for a user, all the checklists that have been assigned to this user must be set up to have automatic approval, to allow the checklists to be approved.
