Locations are shelf locations etc. in the inventory. The location number is linked to a specific inventory, and if applicable to a custom location group. Alternatively, the default location group ‘Std’ will be used.
Note that for every inventory that is created, a default location will also be created for this inventory with the number ’P???’. When an article is created, it is required to be linked to an inventory and a location. If no location is indicated, the system will automatically select this location ‘P-???’.
