Relationships
If a document has related documents or is linked to data in other modules, this tab provides an overall list of these document relations. The connections the document has to checklists, risk events and tasks can be viewed under the tabs with the same name.
Participants
Use this tab to view and add participants to the document. People selected as co-authors and review-participants on the document form are added as participants and are also shown here.
Tasks
Use this tab to view connected tasks and to create new tasks that are to be linked to the document.
Specifications
Specifications can be used to provide a quick overview of keywords in a document. Specifications can also be merged into a document when downloading.
Versions
This tab provides an overview of versions of a document. The latest published version is the main version, and this is the one that appears under the Form tab. You can also view and perform the workflow for new versions here.
Distribution
This tab provides a list of people to whom the document has been emailed and what has been sent. You can also distribute the document from here.
Risk events
This tab provides an overview of risk events that are linked to the document. You can also create new and link existing risk events from this tab.
Checklists
Completed checklist answers and checklists that are connected to the document are shown here.
