Risk events and risk values can be displayed in Lists, Details and Diagrams.

List

The risk events can be viewed in a list in List view with information such as the event header, static data, probability and impact value and risk numbers.

Note: Which fields and columns are visible depends on what is configured in your Landax system.

Details

In detailed view, you can see information from the fields in the risk event's form as a description and impact of the event and the cause of the event, as well as existing actions described. The event's static data is viewed as area and hazard, as well as the values from the risk assessment.

Note: The fields in the risk event form can be configured differently from type to type, and so your screen may look slightly different.

Diagram

The diagram shows a matrix of probability values vertically on the left side and impact values horizontally at the bottom of the page. The diagram shows the location of the risk events in the matrix, based on the risk value of the events.

One example is the Falling from roof risk event. The event has a probability value of 5, which means that the event is Very probable. The impact on the External environment is Less hazardous (1), so the risk value for this impact set is 5. For the same event, the Person (Safety) impact set has a impact value of 5 because the impact is Catastrophic, and the risk value is therefore 25.

Tip: There are various filtering options above the diagram. Check the ones that you want to see.
