Number: Item number can be indicated manually or retrieved via Prefix.
Name: Item name
Meter [Virtual]: This is used when meter readings for an asset need to be accumulated to a connected item.
Article: If you need to perform “advanced” item management, i.e. connect article in inventory with serial number for full inventory management of number in inventory, and to monitor item/article with serial number, you can select the article from the article register.
Group: Selected from the help register for object groups.
Type: Selected from the help register for object types.
Supplier:
Manufacturer: Selected from the help register for object manufacturer.
Note: If article is used on item, then group including extra information, type, supplier and manufacturer will automatically be retrieved from the article in these fields, and will be locked to prevent editing.
The fields Date of Purchase, Manufacturing Date, Warranty, Model, Price and Account may be used as needed.
