Competencies requirements are a predefined set of competence types that an employee should have in order to perform or hold a specific position or function.

One example of employees that use this page is Safety representatives.

1. Competence requirements are defined for employees in the employee module. Select the employee in the Options column and click Select in the Set competencies requirements field, and also for the name of the requirement that you want to set.

2. Click OK in the window that opens at the top of the page.

The competence types that are defined for the requirement are created as planned competencies for the employee. The competencies are created in the competencies module, and each employee's competencies can be accessed under the Employee competencies tab. Planned competencies that are created by setting a requirement have no dates. Edit the competence and set a From date when a decision has been made on when there must be compliance with the competence types.
